Its and end or an era....
I finally said farewell to my little NSR this morning, Sad

...and picked up my CBR400!! Very Happy

Now i have a bit of speed (at long last) Laughing

, and cornering is SOOO much easier than the NSR Laughing

BIG Smiles all round Laughing

....Although, for some VERY strange reason BoxHill Garage have left the rims of my wheels unpainted (to which i'm NOT very impressed at Crying or Very sad

No doubt they were trying to save a bit of money!!
...But they will be going black very soon!!

lovely bike. i like the rims as they are, but they could corrode very quickly and its a bitch to rub off corrosion on steel or alloy - i dunno what cbr wheels are made of.

...and just to complete the picture....
It is a 1995, M-reg, and has done 10000miles.
Although have paid a staggering £3700 for it Confused

But considering that gave me £2000 part-ex price for my high milage 'slightly dying' NSR, its not too bad all in all. Very Happy

Insurance.... well i'm 21 with 1NCB
I paid £300 to insure my NSR this year, and 3mths into the policy, they only wanted £110 to swap it to the CBR.

.....i've also got given a little pressie last week.....someone bought me a private plate for the bike....so when i get my V5 form , i can swap the registrations over to....
M400 CBR. Very Happy

Spent the weekend fiddling with the bike....

After many many yards of masking tape and much faffing about .....the Wheel rims are now ALL BLACK !! Smile
