Answers to these questions will be greatly appreatiated
1. Tightening the bolt on the yoke how du know how tight to do it (without a special tension meter
2. Wheel alighnment, How can u check for rear wheel alighnment, ive been told u cant trust the scales so how do u do it?

Best bet would be to get or borrow (some garages/shops will hire tools) an apropriate tourque spanner
2. Wheel alighnment, How can u check for rear wheel alighnment, ive been told u cant trust the scales so how do u do it?

Ideally get 2 straight poles taht are the length of the bike, tie them together through the back wheel so that there is on each side and they are pulled together so they should run inline with the back wheel. Measure teh distance between the front and wheel and each side, obviously they should be the same.
