Well, sort of.......... Wink

Filming started today for the new season Bennetts tv ad, to be shown in between the programmes they sponsor (mostly the racing) and my mate got asked to do it and "bring a friend"! Very Happy

So I have ridden 200 miles to a remote bit of Wales and back in order to pretend to ride my bike across a field - which took 4 hours! Laughing

We will be in the final bit so watch out for us. The concept for the ad is that they start with a lone biker (who is being filmed on Monday) who as he ridea along is joined by more and more bikes until in the final shot there are thousands of bikers all coming to a stop and greeting each other. The "thousands " of bikers were actually about a hunderd of us filmed in various positions on the field so we should each be in the final shot at least 4 times lol.

Off to start writing my BAFTA acceptance speech now, this could be the start of a whole new career for me........ Cool

Ooh, let's hope Steve on a Multistrada hasn't paid the editors to cut your scenes out and make him the star instead.

I think you should ask SteveH to cooperate with you on the Bafta speech. Why stop there, go for the Oscars!

I agree bennetts are a complete rip off. For exmple my insurance is doubled using there company.

Bennetts- £300 fully Comp
Direct Choice- £139 full comp

However my brother has found them to be the cheapest. Go figure...

So? They quoted me 1400 tpft for an 125 4t MZ SM. I phoned up to check that their online quoter wasn't up the piss, they confirmed it wasn't and that was really how much they wanted.

For everyone that gets a good deal there will be someone they've fucked off.
