the xs 500 was a twin smooth as silk with a counter balance shaft
not too fast but a hell of a lot of fun

in case you are all wondering kazy is not daft she really has never used a forum before.... i know she is my wife ....lol
here is her GS250 T when we got it, it was a burned out rusty dented wreck it took me ages to re build and repaint it

im having trouble downloading my picture of my bike is it me as it seems simple to do, but doesnt appear on the forum???
Im a new user and new to forums too. I ride a suzuki gs250t and im trying to attach it to this link with success. I passed my test in June 2006 a late starter, but im enjoying it.
Hubby david1959 had to step in and download it for me.

The tripple that was mentioned earlier I think is the 750?
I have a 650 at the moment but is about to have some major changes made, 840cc bore up, 90 degree rephase, electronic ignition 12:1 compression ratio pistons, aggressive cam, a full open pipe and all the trimmings, all in the dress of Kenny Roberts flat tracker. Can't wait.
Nice bike btw, can't say I have ever seen a XS500
