I often get the shakes when I haven't eaten and my blood sugar level drops.

If it's really bad go and see your doctor rather than asking on a bike forum.

If it's getting worse and making you feel ill, the only person who can tell you what to do is a doctor.

Yeah go to the docs ASAP, probably unlikely but you might be developing Diabetes.

Do you wee often? Do you wee a lot during the night? Are you always thirsty?

Could be blood sugar, but possibly something more serious as well like parkinson's. As everyone else has said: the doctor is the best place to find out.

I had the same about 10 years ago. The doctor said I was suffering from extreme stress. The choice was beta-blockers or yoga. I ignored both options and took it easy for a while...it went within a few weeks.

any news? Sounds like you've just got a slight touch of parkinsons. Popping an E every now and again should help with the symptoms

It's amazing how stress can manifest itself with physical symptoms, it could just be that. Last time I had a stress headache about a month ago, it coincided with my forearms going rock hard and swelling, like I was constantly flexing them. They hurt like hell as well, but it all went away after I sorted out my financial situation.

I know my left shoulder spasms due to a neck injury (corsa related), I have to click my vertebrae back into place for it to go away....

this didnt start until after I'd settled for whiplash Rolling Eyes

Well firstly you've done the right thing asking for advice on a bike forum. The first step. Thumbs Up
I must refer you to the 'racing and trackdays' section, I believe a few of the guys there are specialists in nerve/blood conditions which may cause 'the shakes'.

Thumbs Up Wink
