Temporarily yes. But the motorbike ones are usually a lot thicker so i wouldn't want to rely on the bicycle ones.

Throttle would probably hold for a while, but even a 125 will have a much thicker clutch cable than those.

So I'd just get some proper ones.
HG sell a little 'make your own' kit for not too much.

Agreed, throttle is the same thickness but the clutch cable is much thicker. Vehicle wiring products sell all the bits you need to make your own cables. You need to be able to solder though.
