Need Help getting my bike to Full power! (Norwegian

I have almost testet everything.. i have done what it says in the manual on this site.. But i don`t have a restrictor plate on my bike.. and the size on the screw in the carb is 132, if you know what i mean.. should i get a big`er one? what size is your`s? it only goes around 130 km\h.. that`s around 75-80 miles i guess.. i have a gianelli exhaust.. 0-60 miles i guess i have around 11-12 sec.. thats very slow if you have ca 6 secs.. Do you have any clue what i can do with my bike without gettin exspensive parts?
Anyone from norway here that has had the same problem and maybe fixet it? Sorry, for my bad Eng..

I am not sure how they restrict norweigan NSR's, at a guess I would say that the carb is restricted in some way, it may even have a smaller carb than UK machines. The CDI may also be restricted, but nobody really knows about restrictions in NSR's apart from UK bikes!!

I have also read all derestrict issues and found none of those restrictors in my 2001 Norwegian NSR. I have arrow exhaust and have no problems reaching 150 km/h(guess I'm a chicken about getting caught so I haven't tried faster) just adjusted the mixture a little richer just after the change.
The bike has run 3800 km without any kind of problems.

I guess NSR's in Norway are different but i got my NSR dynotuned which improved it, I duuno if you can do that in Norway
