u need to put the pic on the web and link to it from there, ie

the way i do it is
1. Post the pic up on www.bikepics.com
2. Right click the pick and enter properties
3. copy the Address
4. Paste onto a reply simple

A lot of places give you free webspace, I use
https://www.freewebspace.com

It gives you 20megs of space (plenty if you just want to host some JPEGs) and a tool to upload things easily
