What is up with bike chat? every time I go in there, there are people there but no one talks Evil or Very Mad , i just dont understand it, thought I would post this and see if I could get every ones opinion on it.


ie- do you use chat?, do you hate chat?
do you find the same probs as me?

I don't know how to use it.

I'd feel a bit strange barging into a conversation without being asked.

I'd like to know what the ettiquite (sp?) is.

I just tend to go in and say hello every one

I've had a couple of chats on there, but no one seems to talk generally, even to each other

A lot of people 'idle' - they leave their computer logged on to IRC, but may not be at the computer etc.

I sometimes go to see what they are talking in "Chat" above.
But I haven't tried to chat so many times cause I can't think and type so fast in english.

I usually sit in Chat most of the day, but am at work so only dip in and out if people are conversing or if I don't have work to do...
