i get what your saying it just seems likely that that the "victim" was more than likley not wearing a lid.

i see 18 yr hacking mini motos all the time and its always the same , just wearing trackies, cap and fag in mouth.

A victim of their own irresponsible behaviour no less...do you think they had target fixation?

A bit uncalled for. It's the same as car drivers saying of the bikes that they take out as "he must have ridden too fast".

He was riding a mini moto on a sports field fast enough to die at the scene when he hit the goalpost.
Come on.

Buzzing down the full length of a football field at 15mph shouting "NNNooooooooooooo!". Comedy puff of smoke as he hits, delayed action explosion about five seconds later and single wheel comes rolling past.

Riding a mini moto round a sports field at night. There's very little info but chances are-
The bike wasn't stolen
He wasn't wearing a helmet
The bike had no lights

TBH it sounds like the kinda thing I'd do Confused

Appears to be more like a terrible accident than "asking for trouble"

We've all done stupid things when we were young, I remember riding through the Greek islands at 18, with no idea how to ride a scooter, nor brake, nor the other side of the road and then coming off. Whilst I was wearing shorts, no helmet etc.

I was young, stupid, but I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt.
