question you need to ask yourself is why did you sell the 600?

Cos the 750 is great and wheelies nice but the 1000 is another ball game have you considered the 1000?

The GSXR100k1 will wheelie in 3rd gear on the throttle alone doing 80 mph, ive tried it and it left me grining for 50yrs!

Or have you tried the GSXR1000 k4, that bike scared me and im keeping away from it far too powerful from even as little as 2000rpm!

Justy my 5pence!

yeh dont bother with a 750, i made the mistake of going from a 600 to a 750 and im telling you there was no wow feeling at all. Power delivery is very similar. handling is better and lower down there is more torque but nowt spectacular.

you should go for the 1000.

Thats the thing the GSXR750 k1 is probably great and a dream on the track but if your on the public roads and you want that extra kick which leaves you grining and scared then financially your better off with GSXR1000K series as you may most likely want even more opmh than the 750 can offer after a while!

I mean the kind of kick you get on the GSXR600k1 when you get the bike above 9000rpm is nothing compared to kick you get on the GSXR1000k1 from tick over alone!

If i grew from 5"4" to 5"8 tall id throw my 2000 R1 in the bin and get a GSXR1000K2 (prefer the stainless steel pipes as the K1 has mild steel)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was dead set on getyting a k1 1000 but i thought about it, i thought the 750 would be more use-able, price is more or less the same, as is the insurance i guess i'll put more thought into it when i actually get one wont be until at least july.
