goose:the trick is to use your insides of your leg and try to grab it of the floor a little bit so it doesnt bounce and throw you forward :wink:then ounce the wheel is turning fast enough you can let go with your legs and it keeps spinning

I don't know about the single sided swinging arm or anything, I just know it's an NSR because for a start it looks nothing like a VFR, oh and there's that numberplate which would look out of place on any bike unless your name was Norman Steven Roberts, or something similar.
