Can anyone help? I've got a bike which I bought second hand & it already had fitted Kappa hard "plastic" panniers and a top box.

The other day one of the pannier's barrel lock simply broke away from the metal latch which secures the upper to the lower body of the pannier. The top box & other pannier are fine so I'm loathed to buy new all round. The easy (and cheapest) option is to mend the lock.

The panniers were fitted back in 2003.. unfortunately I don't know the model of the panniers.

Can anyone supply me with an address for Kappa so that I can try and get a replacement lock direct from manufacturer Question

Cheers and thanks for taking the time out to read this.
