Please Help!

Was riding my NSR125 for about 2 hours, not fast, was practising for my test actually.

anyway it was smoking more than usual which was odd and it didn't feel smooth. I then decided to give it some real revs and when i did it simply chiggered a bit then cut out.

I put it in first and rolled it forward and engine was turning ovr but woudn't start. I'm hoping this suggests the engine wasn't seized?

I then took the spark plug out and it was covered in oil, put it back on and it startd up and i could ride it in low revs but then when i gave it some throttle it did the same thing again.

Could it need a new spark plug or could it be something else. It looked like it was running rich but i don't se how it would only take effect 8 months into owning the bike?

Please help as i really don't know what it is!

At a guess you could have too much oil going into the fuel mix?

Check to see if the oil pumps lined up properly, its under the removable panel on the right hand fairing, there should be a mark which should line up when you turn the bike to full throttle, theres a bit about it in alains workshop manual.

Edit: the manual is here and its pages 16-18 that has the stuff about the oil pump.
