sounds like a mixture problem, too much of something(maybe oil) that chokes the bike up. or (i had a similar prob on my bike) it sounds like your riding the bike hard, it may be getting really hot and oil may not be getting into the barrel causing your bike to nip up abit.
just check your oil pump is set up alright, and also make sure your bikes getting enough air.
oh, i am assuming that its a 2 stoke, if not,sorry but it should be similar. hope i've been some help dude.
i'm just sharing what i know.
