Didnt even get out of my street.

Was going up my street at approx 15 mph, up a gentle left bend.
Next thing I see is a car on MY side of the road, I hit the brakes and go down, she swerves to avoid me.
No contact is made.

Immediatly she tries to blame me for apparently going 50mph down the road, and saying she was on the correct side she then drives off.
Nice.
She returns with her boyfriend bah bah.

Anyway, slight pickle.
No witnesses to the actual indicent, however 4 people saw the position of the car (center of the road).
Im not sure if these count was witnesses to my insurance.

Damage:

Front fender wrecked.
Left side engine casing scratched.
Left fairing scratched to hell.
Left incidcator destroyed.
rear set broken.
R&G worn, but it saved a fair amount tbh.

I cant afford to repair most of this. Sad

not being funny, but can't see how grabbing brakes at 15mph can send it down... Confused

Aside the fact she didn't hit you, looks like really it was your lack of control that brought the bike down, sorry to say... Her positioning won't really factor into it, especially if she was in the centre, you should be prepared to stop at all times and that; Especially at 15mph.

What bike is it?

Saw car and grabbed the front brake, knee jerk reaction really.
She wasnt in the center, she was on my side of the road until she saw me then swerved, ending up in the center of the road.
