Maybe the J2 is too specific? Tried searching just for Kawasaki ZX6R and picking the bike of the correct year? I couldn't really find much info on what a J2 was?

I think that's the right one

https://www.bikez.com/motorcycles/kawasaki_zx-6r_ninja_2001.php

EDIT 99.9% sure the J2 is the 2001 model.

If you want to know your tank capacity, best bet is to run it pretty dry then fill it up - more 'useful' data than you'll get from a manual.

Various stuff is listed in the official/haynes manual as well.
