Whats is the cable on the left side of handle bars, the one behind the clutch cable????????  I only jsut noticed it wasnt connected! |

I think you mean an electrical cable?? 
This cable is the clutch switch. The switch is part of the safety circuit which prevents or stops the engine runnning if the bike is in gear whilst the sidestand is down, and stops the engine from starting if the transmission is in gear unless the sidestand is down and the clutch lever is pulled in.
