out last night having a few beverages. Saw a dude came over chatting up my female friend and he was wearing a leather race jacket with all alpinestar etc on it. So i asked
"allright mate you ride bikes? What you got?"
to be rudely answered " what u think? I just wear it for shits? huh smart arse. "
So i just laughed and said "just asking mate just you never know these days people wear jackets for the look"
and he replied
"who the fuck are you? do you wanna take it out side"

I just sat there and laughed. But i mean wtf is up with this guy? I ask loads of people when im out just a general chit chat thing to make a convo.

The best part was latter on when i came back from the loo over hearing him trying to impress her because he rides a "chopper"
when i asked he replied a honda something or other 125 to which i pissed my self laughing.

Why do some 'bikers' react like this when questioned? I ask lods of people when im out drinking never been asked to step outside for a few slaps ..

I tend to find that salesmen usually try the "My mate's got a bike, I love it, gonna get one myself" trick on me.

The latest guy came into my office to see my lid on the spare desk and asked what bike I'd got then launched into the "My mate..." schpeel. When questioned regarding said bike that is "scarily fast" he said "Oh, it's a litre, an RS"
me: "An Aprilia RSV?"
him: "No, it's a Honda"
me: "an SP?"
him: "Er, it's fast"

If you don't know what you're talking about, don't bother...

I overheard a guy in a pub trying to impress a lady by telling her he'd got a Kawasaki Ninga. It was all sounding okay right up until the time he told her it was an Italian superbike. Very Happy

he probly just thought you were making him look small in front of said female, therefore not going to impress anyone, which is his goal.

You just found a dickhead. If I was wearing my Dainese jacket and someone came up asking me what I rode then I'd be delighted to chatter about my bikes!

I bet he actually does just wear it to look like he got one but is actually shit scared of them Laughing

My local Council Candidate for the Labour Party told me his brother rode a mini-moto in the park.
He lost my vote.

Know where u r coming from pal, myself personally I normally just wear a t-shirt, but then I’ve got a well honed upper body due to years of pushing myself to the limit....

Plus I don’t waste time chatting birds up ( unless its about bikes)

Couple of fiqure 8 burnouts after closing time outside in the carpark is usually enough for me to pull……. Very Happy

Bet you get all the mingers and what sorta pansy reputation you gonna give bikers doing that? They'll think we're all complete wusses Rolling Eyes.

If you wanna impress people you need to do ya' donuts /in/ the pub, if security comes over you just do a stoppy and swing the back end out to knock 'em out, innit. Obviously clothes are optional, as you'll just have to take them off anyway when all the fit chicks throw themselves over you.

I forever hate the rf 600 for the fact it attracted mingers.

Sat at the bike rank in Banbury after pratting about the ugliest. And I mean fell from the ugly tree hit every branch on the way down and then was beating with ugly sticks female (I think) came up and said that her boyfriend used to own one and that they were great bikes.

I was like Shocked *Slowly putting lid back on*

From then on it was called the Dog magnet. Crying or Very sad

Best part was she was wearing quick fit overalls Laughing

It seems that your first post was just a great over the top story for entertainment value and well done if it was Thumbs Up
I see that you have crashed or seized every bike you have owned, is that a joke too or are you really the nuttiest person on BCF?

mate ! i am as serious as a heart attck Shocked plus ! i don't count spills as crashes,

when I was a spotty 17 year old i used to eat road gravel for breakfst Shocked

when u r born with a natural riding ability, like myself, it is usually the limitations of the machine that causes the crash.

Luckily the manufactures have finally got their act together and seem to be bringing out better handling machines every year.

rock on, Ace Biker

I always get pissheads coming up to my bike.

"Oright maaayte is dat a fireblade?"
No it's a hornet
"Oh right is dat like a fireblade?"
No it's a detuned, unfaired version of the sportsbike below it - the CBR600
*Blank expression*
*Wobbles off*

Oh, and I used to always get this guy that would be shitfaced at around 3pm when I was parking my bike up to go to uni. He'd come up to me and it'd be all innocent, talking about bikes are cool cos they're fast etc. Then he'd go into some random full-blown crazy-man rant about how the police are trying to hide sperm counts Shocked

It has a '1' in it, but the first letter is five letters after M.

Word has it Ace Biker is the only man on this planet to tame the awesome power of the '98 R1. He truly is a god amongst men.
