1982 (yeh baby) CB 250 RS

hmm... i think its assembled from at least 3 different bikes, so it has 1 key for the ignition, another for the helmet lock, and another for the column lock, that i dont have.

i put on a motad when the old exhaust rusted through, and i fitted a rack for my top box and a little nosecone with a twin headlight.

oh and i sprayed the tank becuase it used to be brush hammerited, but it still looks shit.

also 17

I have an NSR RK at the moment... I am restoring it to the original condition at the moment:

1) repainting fairings, re-stickering
2) painting my wheels in gun-metal grey : Cool
3) Going to put in a new piston in it cause I feel its running low compression.
4) EBC pads
5) repaired electrics
6) lots of other little bits!

Everything is pretty much standard with the above.. does 0-60 in approx. 7 seconds, and top speed yet unknown cause i was still accelerating even at 90mph.

More intersting is this CBR 400 that I will be looking at today (hopefully) which has a little fairing damage but engine supposedly in good condition.l I know the guy selling it and know that he is selling it cause he needs the dosh... he wants *drums roll* 1300 quid!!! Its got a race can on it.. must be jetted.. can't waitt.....

oh and im 24..

Cool

The V peice is the bit of fairing that goes behind the front wheel and protects the VFR radiator. The one that was on the bike when I bought it was a flimsy fibreglass pattern part and didnt have the mounts for a grill, so the radiator fin were exposed to road grime etc.

This Bit:

1990 NS125R/K
Complete re-spray (Custom Styleee) in red and white, took me 4 days:)
Needs stickers.
Has a micron can in need of a little welding.
New battery with service etc.
Just fitted a new ignition switch and filler cap (Great deal from Manhattans).
the old Ignition was dodgy as! No column lock and the key came out with ignition on:)
Needs a little work but I'm selling it in favour of a 400 soon.
Anyone know of a decent 400 for sale?? looking around £1200 (pref less) for a 1990-ish sportster. I like the ZZR/ZXR and the Honda's.
I've seen a GSX400-F but don't know what they're like. Any ideas?

ta

Oh I'm 20 and paying £430 tpft on mine. Looking at £500 on a 400:)
