I have a amte who has just passed his restricted access, he has been using a YBR125 and wants a bigger bike. He went to a shop and asked for any reccomendations saying he would be mostly using the motorway but wants something that wont bite him in the arse when he makes a small error.

The shop advised him to buy a brand new GSXR600 then restrict it to 33hp. My mate laughed and walked out.

What do you think is suitable for him? Laughing

I don't think that was a totally bad recommendation.. although to buy brand new, for me, is a loss of money...

Maybe something like the ER5, or the Honda CBF?

Thats a dangerous thing to do at motorway speed, plus your aim could be a little off.
