no damage no impact should I stop?

In the mornings there are usually cars who I filter past easy , thing is everynow and again there are people who pull out to block you.

my question is do I have any obligation to stop if say there are two lanes I'm going down the middle and say somebody pulls out on either side to block my filter , and hits the car to the left or right? (I don't hit or touch anything).

Is there an obligation to stop?.

Funny experience this morning , I was filtering through Prestwich and a green (urgh) BMW on my left pulled out to block my filter , at the same time a white (again urgh) did the same on the right , the green one almost went (slowly) into the side of the white one, it would have been a glancing blow.

Any thoughts?

If they stop and swap details then you are technically a witness so i guess you should, but only if they do.

Otherwise don't worry about it. Just give them your phone number and then leave them to fight it out.

i wouldnt bother stopping, they were both being a right pair of tw*ts so serves them right if they crash into each other.

i myself being a fellow biker always move over as much as i can to let bikes filter past when im in my car.

People don't just pull out to block you - people genuinely don't see you (they don't look, because they aren't expecting to be overtaken in a traffic jam - when you're filtering, how often do you look in your mirrors? If someone else on a bike was filtering 20 mph faster than you, how long would it be before you saw him?).

People pull out to see what is going on up front and just how big the queue is. I'd bet money that most people that "block" you filtering are not even aware that you are there! Never attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by ignorance or stupidity.

Kill them, preferably in a clean manner, strangulation intoxication, blood is a very good clue.

Move the body to a remote location, using the persons car. Chop him/her up in to little pieces, use a cheese grater if possible to get smaller pieces. Bury them in random locations in remote area.

Burn the car along with your bike, clothes and any items of equipment you had on you at the time.

Go home take a shower, remove nails with pliers and iodine, and give the area a good scrub with a wire brush, don't worry the blood is normal at this stage.

Next put the gas fire on and melt the tips of your fingers, yeah it hurts but its worth it.

Get a mate as an alibi, if he doesn't cooperate kill him, make it look like an accident but insist he was your only alibi if needs be.

It may be long winded but at least he wont cause any trouble Thumbs Up
