I'm having trouble finding a tail tidy for my FMX650 (o5)

Ive seen these universal kits, but i am not sure if you have to cut back the plastic and drill? I'm not comfortable doing this, and i want to retain the original tail incase i want to sell the bike.

Scoured the internet and cant find any specific tail tidy for my bike.
