...from a distance...

I'm assuming that we will be aiming to build a little "bikechatforums" village somewhere in the campsite, and so it would be good if we all put down what we will be bringing, and if there's anything in particular that anyone will need...
...I have been informed that I have the facility to fill up a Landrover with kit, so I can probably bring more stuff than most...I'm sure that everyone will find a use for toilet rolls and bottled water?...I can probably bring a fair amount of that...

From the sounds of it, I'm probably gonna be the first one there (along with the hippies, of course), so I was wondering how I/we should identify our little spot so that everyone will know where to set up camp...

If their landrover's coming past Reading I can chuck my 3mx3m Gazebo in, which should make us a bit more distinctive (though obviously I won't be set it up as I won't be there.

I've *possibly* got some spare tent poles to use as a flag as well.

Tin Ill be getting there similar time to you....

Might be a good idea if nearer the time we organise exchange of mobile numbers etc etc so we can all keep in touch and send a message (or equiv.) to everyone so as they know where we are?
