Hi, my dads doing a trackday at Cadwell on the 31st, its his first on his triumph T955i daytona Smile Id be with him on my zx6r, if i didnt have this frigging restriction! lol

Is anyone going for a novice trackday at all there? And if anyone has been, is it decent? I imagine its gonna be quite good, but i just wanted some more info on where you wait with bikes, where can you do maintenance if you need to etc, cos I cant be arsed to ring them to be honest lol

Cheers, Nath

Hi Nath. I'm hoping to do one myself on that day but it'll be a novices only evening sesh! I'll be on my zx7r.

Sorry I can't help with the info but I'm sure you'll be told everything when you register on the day Thumbs Up

I know it's a pretty technical track which should make it a barrel of laughs!!

Cheers, I've only had it about 5/6 weeks. I've got R+G's on there now but hopefully won't bin it!

Which model zx6 do you have? My mate's recently bought a yellow J2. Thumbs Up

Haven't actually paid for the sesh yet as I'm trying tofigure out my finances. Cadwell is my local track so won't have to pay too much to get there! Which helps........

So, you're from Hull? Not too far for you either then? Mr. Green

Aye, only about an hour or so.

Ive got the 99 model, G2 with the single headlight.

Unfortunately im 18, and so must have the gay restricted liscence which doesnt allow me to do trackdays Sad

Not sure if id do it on a restricted bike anyways, low end is a bit stuttery, and high end there isnt enough pull, though 30-60 mph corners i cant complain about a lack of pull.

What did you have previous to the 7?

Well, I've still got it in my mates garage! It's an L-reg CBR600F.

It was my first big bike after I got my full license last Feb. I have to get rid of it soon as that was the agreement with the missus when I bought the 7! I'm just waiting for bits to be resprayed, then she can go Crying or Very sad

Good news! Just booked my spot at Cadwell, evening sesh only tho Rolling Eyes

Park where there's a space.

At some tracks you can usually get some garage space to call your own, but none at Cadwell.
