A bloke has offered me a zzr400 93k reg red with 19k miles on the clock with a spare frame engine, wheels, exhausts.

for £1600

im tempted because im sure i could get 1250 for my zzr250 blue silver k reg.

The 400 would be much more suitable for long runs, and if I remember rightly u once said you were planning on touring

im going to be using it for day to day commuting and the occasional 260 mile trip every few weeks or so. Seems like a good idea realy as the 250 will happily cruise at 100 but id like the extra power.

If you got the cash then go for it. As far as I can see the 400 would be an altoghether better bike.

Sounds expensive to me. OK it is a 400, but is virtually the same as the ZZR600 and I know of one of those for sale for about £1000 (not been on the road for about 4 years, and needs a few minor items sorting), but was advised that that price was too high
