Accumilating NCD with multiple policies?

I insured my CBR600 back in Decemeber, and this month I insured my Daytona 675. Obviously come december I will have 1 years NCD for my CBR policy, but do I get another years come next May for my Dayona policy despite only have been insured on bikes for a year and a half?

You'll have one years NCB on each bike. When I was looking to insure my hack I initially wanted a multi-bike policy, but it actually worked out cheaper to have a separate policy for the hack with 0 years ncb which I will (hopefully) accumulate for the hack.

That's a good question, I insured my nsr125 in about september-october then swapped it to the vfr in december when I passed my test, so in september/october I'll have 1 years ncb, but in january I insured my xsport with a seperate company

To be honest, I don't think it will work as having 2 years because you can only ride one at a time, but you will have a choice of which letter you use to prove your 1 year ncb!

You will have a choice of two lots of one years no claims.

Having multiple 'streams' can be useful if you do have to make a claim as you can then you don't totally lose out - especially if you've got a few years saved up.

As above. You can't combine the two streams. You can't split a single policy into two either.

It does. You still get down-rated for having a claim, but having NCB is a separate thing - so you would have the price bumped up, then get say 30% off the higher price for having 3 years NCB.
