Insurance Pickle!

Hi there!

I have something thats worrying me, Basicaly the policy on my old bike is still running so that I can get the full years no claims, This policy expires on the 16th of this month, I have been buying Ebikes "pay as you go" policys up untill this time as it works our cheaper overall and I get the no claims from my old policy when it runs out.

So anyway this is what im confused about, Have a look at this pic:

As you can see there are quite a few different models of my bike, Now, If I select 'ZX 6R NINJA (599cc)' it comes out just over £100 cheaper than if I select 'ZX 6R NINJA (2004 onwards)'
My bike is the 2007 model, So am I 'not insured' if I select the cheaper one, I'm guessing the cheaper one is for bikes registered before 2004.

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't pre-2004 models 636cc?

There is another option there for the 636 models. I thought only the 04/05/06 models were 636.

If you have an 07 model then yes you do want to select the 2004 onwards choice. The cheaper option would be for the older 599cc models, choosing that one would mean your insurance would be just as valid if you'd chosen '89 CG125.
