me, my brother and our mate went to avon raceway yesterday, it was a run wat ya brung event, so gaz took his k1 gsxr 1000, and my brother took his 205 gti. the gti is running a lightly tuned 1900 8v lump with carbs from the legendary ( Laughing

) '98 r1 - its yet to see the rolling road, but was still doing the qtr mile in 15.3 seconds at 90 mph with a slipping clutch.
anyway, gaz had a great time on the gixxer, his best run was 10.3 seconds at 140 mph, his only problem was keeping the front wheel down - he got bollocked at one point by a marshall for doing most of the strip with the front wheel airborne... Laughing
