i am surprised about your bike , you said NS125RK year 1990 . the made of NS125 was stopped in 1988 (model TC01) then comes the JC20 in 1989 and finally the JC22 in 1993 until 2001
may be you can fit JC20 forks on a TC01 , dont think about the caliper , you may find a complete wheel and caliper at bargain on EBAY . just take the length of your forks and compare if you have less than 1" difference it will not be a problem . the yokes are more important especially the diameter of the forks grips

i think the forks ect will fit into the yokes as they are the same diameter, but as you mentioned calipers may be an issue, as well as the axle size, i can only assume they are thee same,
like most bikes during the life of production the seem to change the caliper at one point or another.
the nsr disc is 318mm in diameter so measure yours and see if its the same.
if it is chances are every thing will fit, or mabee a new caliper as well might be needed

That was about when the faired NS was released in the UK. Don't think the NSR came to the UK until 1990, with the NS going out of sale a few years after that. Probably old stock.

All the best
