Im off to Croft tomorrow and im shitting myself, about general things like crashing, crashing into someone else or being the slowest out there Embarassed

Helped my self with the last one just now tho' after doing a vfr800 on the inside round a bend then buggering off (with a pillion on ma back Laughing ) so i got a bit of a confidence boost Cool

I'll try and get my mate to take some pics and post them tomorrow night, if im not crying by a pile of rubble in my garage Rolling Eyes

The days cost me £95 with cancelation insurence, the company's got a website called www.tracktimepromotions.co.uk if ur wanting more details

Wish me luck Wink

It had to be the best day on a bike i ever had!!!!!! The weather was beutiful, the track was ace and better yet there wasn't a tin box in sight.

After halfway through the day i was scrapping the pegs down in parts and backing it in to some of the corners Shocked . I managed to overtake all the bikes i thought i never would (R1s, fireblades, duke 748) Cool thanks to the twisty circuit. I also thought i would get blown away on the straight but because it's not that long (i only managed to get 115mph be4 i had to brake) if i managed to get good drive out of the hairpin b4 it i could pretty much stay within 3 bike lengths of 600s, and then do them on the brakes. The instructers had said RS125s had been there the day b4 in the fast group and were some of the quickest there. On my day there had been a fzr400 and vfr400 (both from holeshot racing) in the top group who were absolutly kick ass Twisted Evil

I also saw some ppl crash but none were seriosly hurt so it was quite funny. Many of the crashes were caused by an oil spill at the end of the straight (after a duke had spilled it's guts) which ment it was really slipery, with only a really tight line to take.

Sadly i haven't got any pics as i forgot my camera and the tractime promotions camera guy wasn't there either Crying or Very sad , but i have got some pics of my tyres just to prove how hard i shredded them up Twisted Evil which i took when i got home, im probly going to the next one at croft on the 29th of august weather permitting Confused . Oh i also managed to out drag a cbr 400 down the straight as well (Annabella Cool ) which i was suprised at.

I would seriously recommend a trackday to anyone, it would be money better spent than say a race can or carbon hugger.

p.s. can i e-mail the pics of my neons, double bubble screen, and tyres to post on this post plz, cheers ryan

glad it was good and you didn't stack it Smile

IF you want, you're welcome to email me the pics and I'll stick up on my site..... it's hosted on my cable modem so can be quite dodgy at times though.
