When I am accelerating hard the bike seems to momentarily loose power, I am talking about a split second, nut enough for the bike to jolt, so thinking about it, the engine looses power, so I am thinking it might be the spark plugs being old. They are probably due a change, but its the only thing I can think of.

what do you reckon?

I had a similar thing and worked out it was due to damp/water ,mainly after washing the bike with a jet wash would happen for several days after !
I now wash it by hand and use wd40 and the problems gone !

On full-power roll-off/roll-on I'd get the exact same thing. I thought it was fuelling/carbs etc, but it wasn't until I put in new plugs that the problem went away.

Cool, I will order some now.

DRJustice, nice thinking but I dont use a jet wash for lots of reasons, but thanks anyway!
