I want to paint my engine on my 600 bandit 1998, but i dont know if it can be done with the engine in or if it is best to take it out, also what sort of paint should i use and how is it best to prep the engine for painting

any help please

you'll have to take it out, most paints will be fine i think, maybe some high temp paint, but i doubt that you'd need that.

is there no way that it could be done with the engine in really dont want to take it out.

Just take it out , its not a hard job to do.

And use high tem res paint.

lol, i sapose you could paint parts of it, but you have to get all the old paint and all the gunk off it first.

don't paint it if you dont want to take it out

ok so having taken it out do i have to sand blast it or how can i get it ready to repaint ??

bit of wet & dry paper and sand it all down... then you can paint, are you brushing or spraying?
