hi everyone..new to this site and new to biking..after wanting to have a bike for many years the sunny easter weekend and seeing other bikers tipped the scales..only ever rode a honda 90 when i was 17..anyway did my cbt..theory..and 2 days training n passed all within 2 weeks..picked up my bike wed in the pouring rain at rush hour..not a good experience..got a suzuki 650sk5 2500 miles 2005 mint condition..well pleased..just need experience now n any tips..looking for jacket n trousers n boots..which do you think would be best..(stupid question?)..im 6.3..thinking i might pick up a bargain at peterborough show?..any advice appreciated..tash

thanks everyone...love biking..getting even more into it now...overtaking in those traffic jams... Cool

.roaring down those country lanes...nods to other bikers..great...still bit unsure on tight bends..hesitancy not good..pissed down with rain on way back from coast today too.. Crying or Very sad

..thats when i really feel my inexperience...think my bikes gonna slip Rolling Eyes

....ne ways good luck with your das tonshar..5 days sounds expensive..but having that bike waiting will be good incentive...tash
