so i went out and bought a brand new Yamaha DT125SM to cheer myself up, i find it to be quite satisfactory, decent handling, takes corners a treat and its quite a poky little bastard.

anyone else got or had any experiance with one of these?

Supposed to be really good bikes, not half bad on reliability considering its 2t. Shame about the test, what went wrong? You better not fail again or retail therapy's gonna cost you a lot. lol.

Ha, i came to a mini roundabout and so did four other cars and no-one knew who had right of way, so i thought fuck it and tried to make it clear i was going to go, but the old dear in the daihatsu to the right of me must have thought i was signaling for her to go, so as i pulled out she pulled out and had to swerve to avoid me or something. This was within the first two minutes of my test, i knew i had failed so i decided to fail in style. by getting four other majors and about 12 minors.
hopefully i dont get the same examiner next time, i think i nearly gave him a heart attack.

You didn't do yourself any favours with that attitude. Even if you had definitely failed at the start it would have been better to think "ok, so now it is just a mock test for the next one" and still try your best then you would have a precise idea of which faults you need to iron out for the next one to make sure you pass. As it is you haven't a clue!

Yeah i realise that now, but at the time i was pretty fucked off that i had made a stupid mistake. i'll give it a few months or so to get a better idea of riding and maybe take a few more lessons before i re-book my next test.
