No one can seem to answer my question which is if i alter the cdi to get rid of the flat spot can i ride the bike on l plates still , if so would it pass its MOT?

Any help would be greatly recieved

oh yea by the way the bike is an rs 125 2002.

yeah you can still ride it as long as it does not desrestrict the bike. There should be no issue with MOT as it does not render the bike into an unroadworth condition.
