didnt i already tell u

take the seat off, take the tank off, undo the airbox, take it off, undo the carbs, dont worry they are all attached together.... (theres 4) pull them out of the rubbers, takes a bit of a tug! look down the holes and u will see 4 metal plates with small holes in, undo the rubbers, remove said plates. then do it all in reverse and taadaaa simple as that, should take you around an hour at most.
