I am actually - fair way from me but I've got from the 20th off for glasto.

May see if i can blag a few more days, so it's a possibility.

How quickly are the novice places likely to be taken? No money 'til payday.

How quickly they will go - how longs a peice of string?!

Ring No Limits up on 01727 899173 and ask if you can leave a deposit. Just pay something like £20 now and then the rest on the day?

Should be a good day

Hi Paulodd I am booked on the 18th and would be good to meet. I hope the weather improves or I might just stay in bed, I think it is 140 miles from me.

Hi guys,

Not sure if I should come along or not...Any idea how much it would cost? Would anyone be going into the novices (as I have never done anything like this before and would like some support!)

Doobs!

If you can let me know. I can't do it anymore, so you can have my place in Inters for £85 if you want.

Guys,

What do I bring to these events? Do I remove my mirrors etc? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Also I am thinking of riding to and from the event...is this the norm?

Doobs.

Both parts of you licence
gold stickered helmet
gloves
boots
1 or 2 peice (that zip ALL the way round) leathers
cable ties
WD40
tools
black tape
Money

Remove mirrors and number plate, tape up all lights and indicators.

Many people to ride to and from trackdays but i don't recommend it unless you live within 20 mins of the track! you'll be shattered by the end and if you crash and smash the bike you won't be able to get home.

Hey Paulodd...

I am taking your advice and have arranged on Saturday to have a towbar fitted, then hiring a trailer for the weekend....

I am going to take all of the items you have suggested. Is it worth bringing fuel in one of those military fuel carriers? You know, 20 litres ones or is it worth just getting fuel at the venue?

Cheers for all the help!

Doobs (aka Chad)

At Snetterton you can sometimes get fuel on site. But in my experience it's always worth bringing a can or two of fuel.

There's always a lunch break so you can nip to the local Tesco to fill it up or whatever.

Read the trackday FAQ at the top of the forum for more advice.

So who else is going - how do I identify you lot?

I will be the guy with trailer containing the black RR600, going in the novice group.... Please come and say hello!
