Put two bikes with a rider on each and the bike with the fastest rider will be the fastest .

After that, the Fazer and Hornet should have the 'fastest' engines, however some may find the very linear (and boring ) power delivery of the SV means they can make the most use of it; though the suspension isn't amazing as standard.
