It is a bit of a bitch to do I must admit.

You need to take the plastic bits off at either end if the visor, then you turn the little black plastic turny thing until it comes off. (That is a technical term). Getting the plastic bits off is a bit scary at first as it feels like they are going to snap, but mine didn't. There is no technique that I am aware of, you just jam your fingers under them and pull them off.

I was also quite concerned about breaking a nail but maybe that won't bother you Embarassed
