4 years and you haven't taken the test? Shocked

And no it isn't. Well I didn't find it hard but I was panicking and thought I failed. Only got 3 minors in the end. Enough practise sessions with an instructor and you should be fine. And theory isn't hard either, it's just remembering stuff from a book. But you should know most of it, especially after 4 years.

Not a big fan of scooters but hey, it gets you there. Thumbs Up

Good luck with the test.

(I'm presuming you have done your CBT, twice?)

He is even less likely to know it after four years.

Get your self a book and read and refresh yourself on it all.
The practical will be fine, just keep your head clear and ride to the rules. Thumbs Up

What I meant was he should know most of it from being on the road and seeing all the road signs. Confused and what the lines in the middle of the road mean.

After 4 years the bad habits you pick up go unnoticed by yourself.

Bad habits yes, but knowing what is meant by solid white lines and other road signs which he will have encountered shouldn't be a problem after 4 years.

I took my theory 1 year after riding my 125, I had bad habits sure bu I knew what most of the road signs and lines on the road meant just by riding on it.

In the practical it's a different matter.

I have been riding my kymco cruiser for about 4 months now and I have just done 5 days of training for my DAS and believe me you do get bad habits and need to correct them before your test.
My test was cancelled because the examiner was ill and I am waiting to take it any day, the sooner the better.

IMO get some training to get rid of the bad habits and then relax and enjoy your test as I know when i get my nerves I do things wrong when I relax it all goes well.

a gurl? Shocked

lol pics?

Oh well my mistake. Good luck with the tests. And I guess I don't need to say good luck on the CBT considering you've done it twice before Smile

Training to get bad habits off (for the test only) and highway code for theory test Thumbs Up

You'll probably find your examiner telling you that you're a very competent rider and know everything. But you won't pass straight away because that's not how the rules want you to ride. After I did my practical and passed we went on a rideout (still on the CG125) to random places, routes that we're good and fun and we filtered and messed around. Top bloke Thumbs Up

get your test done asap as next year its gonna be made harder i just done my das after 18 months on a 125 and yes you do have bad habits one of mine was putting my right leg down when comming to a stop which if you drop the bike you and it could fall into oncomming traffic that would be a minor but make the same mistake 2 or 3 times and it becomes a major and a fail but i ironed it all out with 2 days training and passed on the 3rd day with 1 minor also i had 8 weeks to wait for my course and test as theres only one training school round here so i started doing a couple of u turns everyday on narrow roads and by the time my test came around i could turn on a sixpence you obviously love you bike and biking so just go for it

my bike has a slight problem i think i know what it is, just want a second opinion,
its starts up fine but once warm it keeps stopping, i think the piston rings are going on it as it also consumes a lot of fuel n 2 stroke, as spark plug comes out black, any ideas what u might think it is ?????
