hi
i have had just over 145kph out of it and took the bitch apart to take out the air intake restrictor but to find there wasent one so does any one have any ideas and no its not the cdi as it will red line no problem i do now that the exhaust is still restricted but will this make mutch differance thanks for the help taz

Yes, much!...with "derestricted" carbs, you are getting much more fuel flowing into the engine, but with a restricted exhuast, the extra gases generated cannot escape completely...

Can't you just take the restrictor out of the exhaust instead of buying a new one? prolly just some kind of washer isnt it?
