I thought that you already had an alarm?

The amount on installation depends on how much the mechanic charges per hour...you'll probably need to call your insurance company and ask which fitters they approve of, and then give those ppl a call. You can save a few quid if your remove your fairings etc. prior to the installation, so that the mechanic spends less time fiddling with your bike.

That does sound sooo classy! and the engine cut out option would be fun, but if it goes wrong while your crusing on the motorway....

100mph..... "back off this bike is protected by a krypton alarm system" "what the hell!" engine stops lorry following makes you very very flat

yeah, they *look* massive, but they're about the same size as your average car remote....besides, they don't encourage you to actually put your keys with them...

That's the one the guy with the mint trike had at BdB. The fob's really small. And it looks great when you start it up form a distance
