Pretty sure it's a Honda ST1100 Pan European.

nah only the ST1300s are the iffy ones, down Bodmin way I had a cop ST1100 overtake me at at least 120mph, (I was hitting 90 myself).

That's the 1300, not the 1100. Some forces changed back to the 1100 when the 1300 was found to have the speed wobble problem.

Standard Honda issue ST1100P. Lateish model, as well as the police stuff has aftermarket screen. Looks like ABS fitted too. Surprisingly it looks like the additional wind deflector kit is missing. As said, speed wobble only on ST1300 and then only on a few depending on the load and/or rider.

BBC website reckoned it was the weight of the lights and police kit affecting the CoG and pishing about with the speed wobble.

Saying that, I've had several absolutely tank past me on the M4.
