how do i make them flash faster? as im not sure if the ol CB400 will pass an MOT because they flash quite slowly...
would a new solonoid do it?

For faster put lower wattage bulbs in IIRC.

Lower Wattage = Dimmer. It would also speed them up as its removing resistance from the circuit. Higher Wattage would slow them down.
