Bad news already, got bloody nail in the rear tyre last night. Have to travel to Reading in a few minutes for work, 70 miles from home as i'm on training. None of my local bike garages will plug it Evil or Very Mad

But a car place will, but I have to take the rear tyre off, and take it up. costs about 12 quid. Only problem is I dont have any paddock stands and dont fancy messing about with it.

Went back to bike garages and they said between 230-240 for a pair of Diablo Corsa 3's I think. Thats what the bike has at the moment. Reckon its worth getting just a rear? As i'm mainly doing motorway miles for a few weeks. If i took some pictures, do you reckon you would be able to give me rough idea of how many miles the front has left?

Cheers, Nathan.

How much?! Shocked

These guys will do you a pair of Corsas for around £175, with next-day delivery for around a fiver:

I've been getting my tyres from them for a while (this Blade and last Blade) and they're good as gold. Thumbs Up

I agree, that's a lot of money for some tyres. My last set of delaminating PP 2CT's cost me £200 fitted. Laughing

Nice bike anyway, look after it. Thumbs Up

For a bit of rubber, its extortinate. More than a weeks wages Evil or Very Mad

And all my taxes dont go towards resurfacing roads which I travel on so they shred my tyres quicker, no justice in this world.

Paddock stands are cheaper than £200 allot cheaper, you only need the rear stand anyway.
