I need to instal broadband again but the installation CD doesn't seem to work. Everytime I click a button nothing happens, like its frozen or something? could it be a problem with the flash player or is the disc nackered?

in all honesty you dont usually need the installation CD
Just plug PC into network (make sure you have a firewall on)
Reset router, and internet, and it should just find it!
Make sure in settings for internet u make it auto detect!

Hi, confirm if you're using a router or modem, and if it's a ethernet connection or USB?

Any specific company?

Wireless is like Ethernet, at least every time I've seen it is.

First thing I'd do, is 'scan for local networks' and see how many 'bars' of strength you have, the when you connect, check and double check the security code you've put in. Those two are the most common reasons I've found.

Ok, the WEP key is in the format 2222 2222 2222 2222 2222 22

Do I need to actually put the spaces or just do it like 222222222222222222222?
