i am looking for a 125cc for when im 17 but not sure what to get, i really like the Cagiva Mito 125 but i am 6"2 could be 6"3 by now......and im big i dont mean fat...just i was then i lost loads of wieght so now im just a big fuck
looking round and looking what you guys have said the HONDA VARADERO XL 125 V looks like it would suit me size wise.
I also aint going to lie and say i know alot...i am trying but i still wont know a tenth of what you lot know so just asking for a big of expert advice
So i want something that is quick and looks good....dont forget im a teenager and looks are everything to us

p.s. i was looking at the restictions for bikes so they are 33bhp..i would be able to ride these right? and what do you think about restricing bikes? and if you aprove of them what bikes would you recomenned

also i aint one of these kids who "mummy n daddy" are paying for it. So i gotta try and keep costs low but im going the wonderful world of sainsburys soon! woo!

you wont be able to ride a 33bhp restricted bike till you pass your test. Do your CBT and you can ride a 125 restricted to 14.66bhp on L plates. Bearing that in mind, most 125's will be roughly the same performance wise they are never going to be the quickest.

which leaves us with looks, if your learning, be prepared to drop the bike now and again. Not saying you will but its more likely you might till you get used to the bike. This can be expensive.... especially with something like a mito.

My advice would be get something reliable and cheap that you wont mind giving it the odd knock now and again. Save the change to go towards decent kit.

But then again you're gonna be the one riding it at the end of the day, so its up to you.

If you decide you want to save loads of money, a Honda CG125 will fit people of your size and weight.

The new model 2004 onwards has higher handlebars to make it even easier.

Pass your test and then get a larger bike, you need a bigger engine and more power due to your size and weight!

but even when i have passed my test what do you mean get a more powerful bike? cause i wont be able to until my 2 years will i?

once you pass your test assuming you'll be taking the A2 restricted, you can ride any bike as long as its restricted to 33bhp.
