Performance upgrades- exhaust, filter and jets.

Ok, recently got a Remus race exhaust, and my air filter needs replaced, so I'm thinking K&N. Now this will lead to the question of re-jetting. I'm not 100% sure about what's actually involved, but I am fairly sure it's not a D.I.Y. job. So where do I go to get it done? Theres a place near me that has a sign for "Dynotech" or something, I presume their worth a phone call? Do I need to have the bike stripped for them, or do most places operate a ride in ride out service?

im guessing it will be a ride in ride out as they will dyno it to make sure that the mixture etc isnt running to lean or too rich
