Can anyone help???
I have recently aquired a GZ125 as a present on an 03 plate with a little over 7k miles.
Great fun for my first bike but whilst minding my own business and riding along then selecting third gear opening the throttle the power starts to gain then just drops back and starts to almost misfire! This only happens in third so now I have to immediately skip up to fourth! Any ideas? Confused

only happens in 3rd? strange..... I would say that the dogs on your third gear could be on their way out, but that would seem pretty unlikely on a 125 4stroke....

I was thinking possibly cog related but it just seems hesitant and then gain and then hesitant and on and on. Its proper not Bo! Its almost as if the spark plug is being told not to spark on every cycle.
